Include a short author biography, indicating whether you would like to publish your article, and how you would like to be identified. You need not indicate you are a student as you will soon graduate, and this page might be something you can use on your resume. Instead, you can say that you are “a scholar working on the Americans in Russia Project with the USA Digital History Lab” and AUM. Further, you can add another sentence describing why you chose your subject. If you decide you would like to be published, I will work with you to tidy up any proofreading issues and will send you a “Permission to Publish” document to sign. Permission to Publish are standard practice in the publishing world and are designed to protect the author and the publisher. You are under no obligation to publish—it is entirely voluntarily. Hit Update/Publish and close out.
